The ACO run the most iconic event in motorsport – the 24 Heures du Mans.
A communications strategy to increase knowledge in the event, raise the profile and hence increase value for its owners was developed.
The strategy was tested at a WEC event in 2017 and will roll out globally for 2018.
That’s strategic thinking.
